We try to be honest about what we collect and why. This page is short because our practices are simple.

What we collect

When you submit our planning questionnaire, we collect: your first name, last name (optional), email, website (optional), and your answers to the six planning questions. That data is stored in a secure spreadsheet we use to send you your blueprint and improve the tool.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site (page views, source, country, device type). Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't track you across other sites. We don't use email pixels to know when you opened a message. We won't add you to email lists you didn't sign up for.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission as long as your account exists or until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@ecoshop.ai with the subject line "delete me" and we'll remove your record within 7 days.

Third parties we use

We use Google Analytics (analytics) and Google Workspace / Sheets (form submissions). These are subject to Google's own privacy policies.
